Allegretto ref (Secondary sona)

First, vision.
I don't know what it means so i'll just guess that it means what you visioned in your head? I really don't know so i'll give it a half.
Originality.
It has been seen before, with the extremely kind and never lying but i think she has a bit of personality just by the design alone.
With the FUZZY tail and Bell, the calm yellow colour in her hair and the cat-ish pattern on her legs.
Technique.
The technique of drawing her is fairly simple, using the same Line thickness.
But it does actually work pretty well here! Since her personality is so calm and sweet you can Simply SEE her personality from the THICK relaxing Lines. And the big calm eyes.
The way you drew her feral form was also very nice and it still shows her relaxing personality.
I don't really know about the clothes, they look like a school uniform, that seems a bit too strict to me. But i don't know maybe she GOES to a school you didn't write that.
I don't really get WHY she has a musical note on her cheek?
Another thing is about the design, I'm so glad that she has some Contrast with the dark brown. I've seen so many ocs that are cute and with the same personality but it's just a bit TOO cute, you know? Well done mate.
IMPACT
Now as you probably already figured out by my way of describing this... it impacted me alot.
The background fits her, it's not bubbles because That's too childish. It's not a flat colour, that would be too boring, but it's a nice pattern and what i ESPECIALLY like is that it isn't distracting and it fits her, it makes her more interesting.

Really, your Ocs are amazing.
You could still work on the stories and personalities but the designs are pretty damn solid.
